I am using this blog to share my results from following a workout and nutrition routine. I have always had a skinny body and would like to gain some muscle to get that summer body worth showing off. I've been working out on and off for the last 7 years and have not seen many results due to the fact that I can not stay committed. This is my attempt to do so.
I am going to show my results on a bi-weekly basis in the form of pictures, body measurements, and a fitness test. My workouts will be posted prior to the week they are being performed. I will then post during the week about my experience and over all feel of my workouts and how they are affecting me.
Feel free to comment on any of my posts. I would like to hear any ideas or tips that you may have. I think this should be fun and and learning experience for me and possibly my readers. Enjoy.
