In "The Zone"

So I was listening to one of my audio books, Leadership Success, and learned a little something about this thing called "The Zone." The Zone is where you are when your doing the right thing like eating foods that are good for you, exercising, being and speaking positive, and other things that lead to a happy and successful life. When you are in The Zone things are great and when you not there not but one awesome thing about The Zone is that when you step out of The Zone, you are always one action away form being back in The Zone. All you have to do to get back in The Zone is one action. Just one thing to bring you back into The Zone. To get to the point, I stepped out of The Zone with my workout but I'm ready to get back in. No Excuses. Let's get this thing rockin.

Plan for Tomorrow

I designed my workout using a mix of "Find the Perfect Workout" from Nov 2010 of Muscle and Fitness, "Custom Made Abs" from Oct 2010 of Muscle and Fitness, and P90X videos from Beachbody.com.

Tomorrow I am going to hit up chest, shoulders/traps, triceps, and abs. All geared towards building size.

I did not eat very healthy today so I am hoping to keep my diet tomorrow. Egg whites in the morning, a turkey wrap for lunch, steak, veggies and a sweet potato for dinner, and various snacks in between to keep my energy up.
