I designed my workout using a mix of "Find the Perfect Workout" from Nov 2010 of Muscle and Fitness, "Custom Made Abs" from Oct 2010 of Muscle and Fitness, and P90X videos from Beachbody.com.
Tomorrow I am going to hit up chest, shoulders/traps, triceps, and abs. All geared towards building size.
I did not eat very healthy today so I am hoping to keep my diet tomorrow. Egg whites in the morning, a turkey wrap for lunch, steak, veggies and a sweet potato for dinner, and various snacks in between to keep my energy up.
Diet is crucial!!! If u work out and don't eat right you will get in shape, but u won't look like it!!! Looks like u have a good start though, I'm here if u need help, I'll try to post comments daily!!!
