To take my fitness test I used the WOWY SuperGym Fitness Test from the Beachbody.com site. Below are my results.- Height: 6' 4"
- Weight: 198 lbs.

- Neck: 14.5"
- Shoulders: 46"
- Arm: 14"
- Thigh: 23.5"
- Calf: 14.5"
- Forearm: 10.75"
Morning Resting Heart Rate: 64 bpm
Pull-ups: 2.5
Vertical leap:
Push-ups: 22
Toe touch:
In & outs: 25
Seated wall squat: 35 seconds
Arm curls to failure: 11 with 30 lb dumbbells
Heart rate maximizer:
- Heart rate immediately after doing jumping jacks: 148
- Heart rate after 1 minute: 126 bpm
- Heart rate after 2 minutes: 110 bpm
- Heart rate after 3 minutes: 104 bpm
- Heart rate after 4 minutes: 102 bpm
